Classifying teachers

Introduction

Hook: Many people think that teaching is a simple work because teachers just stand in the platform and convey knowledge to students. However, how to teach effectively is not easy at all.
Background information: - Almost teachers have their own teaching methods.
-Some know how to make their students interested in the lessons. Some always have boring classes.
Thesis statement: Based on students' agreement about the teaching methods, teachers are classified in three categories: positive teachers, neutral teachers and negative teachers.

Body paragraph 1
Topic sentence:The positive teachers have the most effective teaching methods.
Supporting ideas:
• Contents of the lessons they teach are not limited in the textbooks, they also up-date information by giving handout documents, suggesting reference books.
• Students find it more interesting to attend the positive teachers' classes. Teachers organize discussion in class and encourage the students make questions, then they find out a final answer together. Teachers hold some useful game connecting with the lesson to make students remember the lesson longer and reduce stress.
• They apply technology in teaching. For example, powerpoint is to make lessons more attracting with images and videos. Email for contacting with students, sending exercise and useful links. Blog is offered so that students can share ideas and learn from their classmates.

Body paragraph 2
Topic sentence: unlike the positive teachers, the teaching methods of neutral teachers are not very agreeable.
Supporting ideas:
• They only teach lessons in the textbooks and suggest students read more related information at home.
• Their classes tend to be more boring than the positive teachers' classes. They offer discussion but they don't care if students are interested in the subject or not. They allow less time for discussion, don't want to join students' discussion.
• They apply technology in teaching but they don't know how to use it effectively. They ask students using powerpoint to make presentation, then they don't summarize the main ideas and explain more. They have email to contact with their students but seldom do they give feedback.

Body paragraph 3
Topic sentence: The negative teachers have the least effective teaching methods.
Supporting ideas:
• They primarily lecture and don't care if students understand or not. They often give a lot of exercises but never correct them. For example, my maths teacher in highschool, he offered many homework after class. Then the following maths class, he asked"did you do homework?" and we answered "no". he didn't punish us and also uncorrect them. He just said "really!" calmly. After that, we moved to a new lesson.
• Never use technology in teaching, knowledge they teach just based on the textbooks. They read information and students write down traditionally.
• The classes are very boring and stressful. It's hard to find any interaction between teacher and student. Teachers don't encourage students ask questions or organize groups for discussion in class.

Conclusion
Restatement : There are three types of teachers based on the teaching methods. The positive teachers are the most agreeable because they always try their best to complete their job effectively. The neutral teachers are a "mixture" of positive and negative teachers. The negative teachers are the least agreeable because they don't have enough love of labor.
Advice: Teachers should find which is the best teaching methods method so that can help students study well and improve knowledge.

students' problems
Entering university gives students many opportunities of success in the future. However, it also brings them quite a few problems which they have to struggle against every day. For example, how students spend their money suitably in order to save money for school fee, books, etc, how to get along with their classmates, so on. Therefore, these problems are classified into three groups: financial problems, eating habit problems, and emotional problems according to their effects to students' study.

The first group is financial problems which affects on students' study most. It means difficulties in money. There are many things in daily life that students have to encounter and solve by money such as renting a lodging, buying textbooks, entertaining themselves, especially paying school fee. For example, if a students does not submit his school fee in time, certainly he can't attend any classes, and it's hard for him choose subjects in the next semesters. Besides, many students who live far home receive a sum of money from their family each month. When they do not know how to spend the money effectively, the can't avoid lack of money. And then, some of them have to get a part time job to support their life and study. As a result, they do not have enough time to concentrate on their study. Obviously, students' study will be decreased by financial problems.

Eating habits of students are also a considered problem, because their eating habits are worse and worse. However, they rarely care about that. Most of students often go to school with an empty stomach. When I asked my friends about that, they said that they do not have enough time to eat. So, how can they study well without any energy like that? In addition, many students who have a lodging often save money by eating simply. For example, one of my friends has her main meal just with rice and vegetables because she thinks that she want to keep fit and save money. Furthermore, many male students who do not how to cook food after school go out to eat quickly or just have an instant noodle. Whether such kinds of food are nutrient and hygiene enough or not. Therefore, how can they prevent themselves from illness, and then their studies will be affected. Indeed, it is time for students care more about their eating habits to protect their health and study well.

The last group is emotional problems which also impact on students' study. It means that mental states make students sad, happy, annoy, funny or disappointed, etc. As we know, most of students live far from home, so it's easy for them become lonely. For example, when I began to live alone in Ho Chi Minh city to attend university, I used to cry and miss my family so much. At first, I couldn't focus on my study well. Indeed the feeling of loneliness affected on my study indirectly. Besides, these days many boy and girl students have a tend to make "couple", they love each other. Although love brings human the feeling of happiness, awareness of students about love is still premature. As a result, there are many situations of broken love in students. And then, many boys and girls who are the victims of love become sad, disappointed and neglect their study. For instance, my friend, she used to be a good student. But since she was left by her boyfriend, she was very sad and her study was worse and worse. In general, emotional problems can change students' study negatively.

To sum up, there are three groups of students' problems: financial problems, eating habit problems and emotional problems based on their effect on students' study.

However, have you ever thought about how the foods are categorized in our daily meals? And what does food group mean? In fact, when foods have similar nutritional values, they are grouped together. Therefore, based on the nutritional benefits of foods, scientists classify them in five basis food groups.

The first group is grains which are an important source of energy. They consist of cereals, bread, brown rice, pasta, popcorn etc. Basis nutrients from grain category are carbohydrate, fiber, some vitamins and minerals. They provide energy for us to eat everyday. Thus, whole grains are considered as the healthiest choices and people often choose them as the first ingredient in every meal. In brief, grains are a main food group for our life due to their rich energy.

Fruits and vegetables are an all-natural food group with many different nutrients. They supply fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C, iron, potassium and folic acid. Generally, vegetables contain higher amounts of fibers than other food groups, so they are very good our digestive system. Besides, fruits are rich in antioxidants, which protect the body from potentially harmful substances. For example, some citrus fruits such as lemon, oranges, grapes are high in vitamin C. In short, this food group brings a rich source of nutrients especially fiber that are good for our heath.

The third group is proteins such as meats, fish, eggs, poultry, beans. They help our body to build and retain muscle, as well as provide the energy we need everyday. This category supply protein, zinc, iron, and vitamin B. Meat is a major source of vitamin B12. fish is an important source of proteins. Also, eggs are a rich source of iron and protein. Indeed, these nutrients are essential for growth of the body.

The fourth group is dairy, which is the best source of calcium. Daily products include milk, cheese, cream, butter, and yogurt. They bring protein, vitamin A, and D. Besides, some dairy foods are high in fat such as ice cream, cheese, milk, which help build up the body and provide energy. In short, this food group helps promote strong bones and a healthy body.

The last one is fats and sweets; they provide very little nutritional benefits when consumed. Fats such as oils, butter, cheese, peanuts are plenty of calories. Also, sweets like jams, candies, desserts, soft drinks contain high amount of sugar. In fact, most of the foods in this group do not consist of vitamins and minerals. Thus, this food group has less nutrients than other groups, yet they are also considered a essential part of healthy diet.
